RoboCon (Robotics Contest) is an annual international robotics competition organized by the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU). It brings together university and college students from different countries to design, build, and program robots that compete in various challenges based on a specific theme or task set for that year.
RoboCon promotes engineering, innovation, and teamwork while inspiring students to advance in fields like robotics, artificial intelligence, and automation. It is highly regarded for encouraging problem-solving skills and hands-on learning.
In 2010, NRC made history by winning the prestigious Best Idea Presentation Award at RoboCon, an international robotics competition. Our team's innovative approach and creative solution to the problem statement stood out among numerous entries from top institutions worldwide. This achievement was a testament to the ingenuity, dedication, and teamwork of our members, marking a milestone in our club's journey.
